Radon Mitigation

Radon Mitigation

Why should you install a radon mitigation system?

Radon is an odorless and invisible gas. Radon is estimated to be associated with 21,000 lung cancer diagnoses per year. Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer.

When should you install a radon mitigation system?

The EPA recommends that any home with a 4.0 pCi/L (picocuries per liter) level have their home fixed, but because there is not a known safe level for radon, the suggestion is for all homes above 2.0pCi/L be mitigated.
